CdS is an organic winery centered around a medieval tower dating back to the year 1000, nestled in a richly biodiverse ecosystem in Oltrepo Pavese, Lombardy, in northern Italy. We produce a variety of wines that embody the essence of time and terroir, and we offer experiences such as wine tastings and tours.
